About this apartment rental
In the heart of the historic center, on the owl route (pedestrian tourist route), come and put your bags in our charming studio "Belle Epoque" completely renovated.
Located in the protected sector, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, once your car is parked in the secure car park at the foot of the building, you will visit all of Dijon's tourist attractions on foot.
Our studio is classified 2 stars by Côte d'Or Tourisme and has a private secure parking space at the bottom of the building and a high speed wifi connection. We provide free sheets and towels.
Capacity: up to 4 people
Located on the 4th and last floor (elevator to the third), the apartment consists of a large room which is broken down into 3 spaces:
- fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave / grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes ...)
- living room with a sofa bed and TV 80 cm
- sleeping area with 140 * 190 bed
and a bathroom with bathtub (washing machine and hairdryer)
It has a secure private parking space (access by beep) within the residence.
Darcy tram station (T1 and T2) 2 minutes walk, train station 500m.

Quiet, top floor with elevator (plus 16 steps), spotlessly clean, good heat, GREAT lighting from large window and skylight, and the hot water is really hot ! The kitchen is a little snug but has good stovetop, microwave, etc. Host Magali is wonderful, smiling, and always reachable. She even helped me tremendously with my suitcases and drove me to and from the train station. Best host yet !
The location in the historic center is ideal, especially as the old town is mostly pedestrian streets. The apt is close to a bakery and supermarket and lots of other shops. Wish I didn't have to leave ! Thank you so much, Magali and Olivier

Petit studio bien équipé, idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Dijon, commerces de proximité à deux pas et surtout, parking privatif sécurisé. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux des propriétaires Magali et Olivier. Venez profiter pleinement de Dijon, superbe ville !

Très bon séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Accueil chaleureux et logement idéalement placé au centre de Dijon permettant de faire toutes les visites à pied. Parking privatif au pied de la résidence ! Parfait pour 2 personnes.

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage in der "Belle Epoque" verbracht und von Anfang bis Ende einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Magali hat uns freundlich und pünktlich empfangen. Das Studio ist geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Schöne Wäsche. Alles funktioniert prima (Wasser, Abläufe, Küche). Grundnahrungsmittel stehen großzügig zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz ist "Gold wert". Das Auto steht sicher in einem geschlossenen und uneinsehbaren Innenhof direkt am Studio. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr ruhig. Nachts hört man höchstens die kleine Choutte "Agathe"... Vor der Haustür geht es direkt los zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Dijon. Alles prima zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäcker und Supermarkt ums Eck. In Dijon gibt es viel zu entdecken. Eine "menschenfreundliche" Stadt (freier Eintritt in die meisten Museen, kostenlose Busfahrten). Der Abschied (Olivier ist zur Übergabe gekommen) war genauso herzlich und reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Merci!
