COZEE - Comfy 3-room Apartment with Netflix

We had booked a different apartment with a different landlord but that person cancelled, so we were a bit worried about booking another. No need to have been worried with the Cozee! Andreas responded to all communication. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and very well heated. Location is away from the less attractive station area but still close enough to lug our heavy suitcases from the station to the apartment which was very easy to find. We were close to the main shopping area, and went for 2 lovely hikes in the woods, both within walking distance (if your idea of a hike is more than 10 km 😉). Room sizes were very good and we both thought good value for money when compared to similar places. First floor (wide staircase). Easy to put the trash out. Good for cooking (we brought our own lightweight silicon baking trays with us). Plenty of crockery and utensils. Firm bed and wide sofa (bed). After using up the water after long showers, we didn't have to wait long for the water to get warm again.

It's not 'didn't like', more a couple of heads ups. Only 1 big saucepan with 2 deep frying pans, no small saucepans. There's a scattering of things you can use on arrival (a handful of coffee pods and instant coffee sachets, salt) but otherwise bring a 'first day' supply. We went to the ReWe about 10 minutes down the road. Plenty of toilet paper, though. Bedding clean but not ironed (we didn't care). Hand soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchen but nothing in the way of shampoo etc. Again, which we were prepared for. Neighbours can be a bit noisy (solved with ear plugs). Had a minor glitch with the wifi (only once, the rest of the time it worked at good speed on multiple devices) where we contacted Andreas and he solved it quickly. No wardrobes, but big, deep chest of drawers. If you don't expect perfection (marks on walls, a ripped net curtain) you'll be extremely happy with the Cozee apartment and service 😁

Comfortable, has everything you need. Cute and price was good.

Parking is really tricky. You have to park on the street and pay and it gets full quickly.

Beautiful interiors, high ceilings and super nicely decorated. Really central, good local recommendations, easy to check in.

It smelled a bit stale, as if some smokers had been there before. The surroundings aren’t very nice but the overall city centre is similar. Access to the garden would have been nice.
