Location and how cozy the place was. Near to penny and lidl. Its complete.
U can here the noise from the other apartments. And someone was walking too loud upstairs until almost middle of the night. Dont know really what it is. We just stayed 2 nights so maybe we have no luck.

When I had one small problem with the lights, the owner resolved the problem quickly and without fuss.
The bed was a little hard.

It will not make the rule stronger by multiplying the amount of emojis for No somking, one 🚭 is sufficient, this was in the message I recived for arrival instructions, made me feel unweclomed even though I am a non-smoker.
