We liked the property it was clean, very smart, in a very nice location looking over the canal. Close to the shops - town centre. Nice walks.

Wonderful property, lots of space, nicely decorated in a modern style, and spotlessly clean including bedding and facilities.
The host Valentina was always available and replied to me immediately! So helpful and great instructions and videos for parking and entry. She also took onboard my feedback and immediately took note and actioned them. This shows that she puts her guests first.

The only suggestions I had were to get some fans as the apartment was hot, and to add curtains in the living room as the ones there are see through in the evening especially. This is the only reason I’ve not rated this a 10!
She explained that she was already due to buy fans and that she chose the curtains currently there for added light, though had been considering extra curtains for privacy. As mentioned, she appreciated my feedback and was actioning them straight after my 1 night stay. 😊

It was in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The apartment was well kept with a good stock of supplies
Self check-in instructions was a bit lengthy but nothing one couldn’t get around

Think it was a boiler in the cupboard was noisy but not a problem we shit the bedroom doors at night
