Alloggio completamente ristrutturato da poco. Dotato di tutti gli accessori e le attrezzature necessari. Pulizia ottima. Molto luminoso, arioso e silenzioso. Ampio, ideale per 4-5 persone. Lungomare e spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti, attraversando il centro storico (a 2 minuti). Minimarket e negozi di ogni tipo nelle vicinanze. Con un pò di fortuna si può fruire di un parcheggio a pagamento (caro ma prezioso) a 50 m (14 posti auto). Il proprietario gentilissimo, premuroso, reattivo, attento, amichevole: top!
