About this villa rental
The villa is located on a wonderful residential area in the hills between the ancient Maritime Republic of Noli and the seaside resort town of Spotorno; the villa, recently renovated with luxury finishes, is complete with every comfort, an ideal solution for your relaxing holidays.
It consists of two apartments:
The main apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen;
The secondary apartment consists of a living room with two double sofa beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom.Enjoy a wonderful holiday in complete privacy and relax on the large terrace, situated in a garden with solarium terrace, dining area and barbecue, or cool off in the private swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Spotorno. You can get to the beach with a relaxing short walk in the pine forest, the sea is just 1 km away.
You can also quickly reach the french riviera to visit Monaco, Menton, Nice in about an hour's drive. In half an hour you can reach Genoa to visit the town and its world famous Aquarium

Our stay was beyond superb! We stayed at this place as a group of 8 friends and it was just so beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and explained everything what we needed to know about the house including how to handle the trash and the gas cooker there for example. The pool area is a pure dream where you can just enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. The area around Noli and Spotorno is totally beautiful which makes this house a perfect spot to enjoy a lovely timeout. In the house there are two separated flats, the bottom one being a little bit smaller with a double bedroom, a restroom and a living room with a double sleeping couch. The top flat has a bigger living room with dining table and a couch with TV, breathtaking balcony with the prettiest view over Spotorno and the sea. It also has a kitchen and two more double bedrooms with two restrooms. We will love to be back at this place for sure!

We really enjoyed the villa. The pool area and the hole outside area were perfect. The pool was big, so it was very nice to swim. Good kitchen! We liked Noli. The road from Noli to Varigotti was very Beautiful. We visited also Portofino, Alassio and Genova by car.

We spent 1 week here and only went out for dinner twice as the view from the house across the bay is wonderful and too beautiful to miss. The living area on the first floor with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a well equipped kitchen was great only to be topped by the magnificent outside dining area and the pool area. The walk down to the beaches at Sportono is easy the climb back up not quite so, especially for my elderly parents (80 years old) ut even they managed it twice.
