Bright and spacious - the location could not be better!

The location is great, in the middle of all the action, near the restaurants, museums, Tube.
The space this property offers is not common in London, its more of a small house (22A).
Quite clean overall, and affords two bathrooms as well as a service toilet near the kitchen, again a rare treat in central London.
The location. Although it is very central, the property is exactly on top of an Italian pizzeria that doubles up as an aperitivo bar. Scores of youth spend the evening drinking Aperol spritz and chatting right in front of the property, at times getting in was difficult with the amount of people that were in front of the door. Also the property suffers from the smell of the pizza oven, basically all day long. At times it is bearable, at times it is overwhelming.
The property needs some sprucing up, nothing major but it would make all the difference. A door handle is broken, the sofa is cheap and uncomfortable, there is a stain on the carpet and some other small things that could easily be fixed with minor expenses.

Location was great, spacious house but the street was super noisy, where they started the work on the street at 5am for setting up a Saturday market. As the bedrooms are on the street side, it was hard to sleep!
Noisy street, smelly entrance and furniture worn out. heater didn't work either so we were very cold.
