clean and comfortable. the location was accessible and easy to locate.
the hair dryer was in the shower and the shower may be loud. since the bathroom is shared, it may cause disturbance to other travellers. not a problem for me though, i thought the sound proofing was not too bad. but we ended up with noise complaint for using the hair dryer, which should be understood as this is a shared bathroom and space.

The hosts gave us a quick welcome as well (very nice guys)
Very convenient location! Köln or Düsseldorf Hbf were easy to go to via train.
