Capital Suites Hotel & Residences

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is mostly accessible and offers plenty of outdoor activities, making it a great option for guests who enjoy spending time outside. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location, with a variety of useful amenities within walking distance, including grocery stores, supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, and other essential services. The designated parking area for the hotel is also located within a comfortable walking distance, making it easy to access your vehicle whenever needed. Because of this, I found that there was no real need to use the valet service. Overall, the combination of accessibility, nearby amenities, and convenient parking contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay

There are a few areas where I believe the hotel could improve. First, the valet parking service appears to be under significant pressure due to the high volume of guests and visitors. Although I only used the service a few times, it was evident that the valet team was handling a heavy workload and could benefit from additional staffing to improve response times and overall efficiency. Second, the bathroom design in my unit had a noticeable drainage issue. Water frequently accumulated on the bathroom floor and could spread well beyond the shower area. In my opinion, the floor slope is insufficient to properly direct water toward the drainage point, resulting in persistent wet areas that can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe. Finally, my biggest concern was the air conditioning system in the one-bedroom apartment. During my stay, I noticed that the bedroom would become quite warm whenever the bedroom door was closed. Initially, I assumed there was a fault with the AC system, but the maintenance team explained that a single AC unit serves the entire apartment and is controlled only through the thermostat located in the living room. As a result, the airflow is concentrated in the hall area, while the bedroom receives limited cooling when the door is closed. As an engineer, I found this HVAC configuration to be a poor design choice for apartment-style accommodations. Separate zoning, independent room controls, or a more balanced air distribution system would significantly improve comfort for guests staying in one-bedroom units

Very clean, new, and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms. The view facing the beach side was beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the big swimming pool, hot tub, and the nice kids’ pool. Grandiose Supermarket was exactly nearby, just a few steps away with no road crossing needed, which was very convenient for families. The location was also perfect being close to Zayed Sports City for our jiu-jitsu competition.

الاستقبال كان سيء من قبل الموظف سيدرك ( Cedric) ولا يجيد التعامل مع النزلاء . العزل ضعيف . السعر مبالغ فيه بالنسبه للمكان والخدمات . النظافه ليست بالشكل المطلوب يحتاج لاهتمام اكثر . الفوط متهالكه ومتقطعه . لا يوجد نعال(Slippers) ومكواة وفرشاة ومعجون أسنان.
