30 Roses Grey House'da şahane bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Konumu mükemmel, Old town'ın sınırları içinde ama sakin bir konumda, adanın merkez otobüs duraklarının çok yakınında yer alıyor ama yine de çok gürültülü değil ve 100 metreden daha az bir mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı satın alabileceğiniz bir süpermarket var. Evin civarında çok sayıda cafe ve lokanta bulunuyor. Yenilenmiş, modern daire çok rahat ve kullanışlıydı ve çok temizdi (spotless clean). Mutfak harikaydı, masanın üzerinde bir şişe şarap ve su ikramı bizi bekliyordu. Biz evde sadece kahvaltı yaptık, kendi süt ve kahvaltı gevreğimizi aldık, öğle ve akşam yemeklerini hep dışarıda yedik, ama yemek pişirmek için gerekli her şey vardı, ayrıca ev sahibi kahve kapsülleri ve çay poşetleri sunmuştu. Banyo çok güzeldi, bir tatil evinde gördüğüm en güzel örneklerden biriydi. Evin geniş ve güzel bir terası ve rahat bir balkon seti de vardı ama biz genelde dışarıda olduğumuz için kullanamadık. Kallia her zaman ulaşılabilirdi ve sorularımıza anında cevap verdi. Bugüne dek yaşadığımız en güzel ve rahat konaklama deneyimlerimizden birini Kos'ta bu güzel evde yaşadık ve bu güzel adaya gitmeyi düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

The apartment was very clean and nicely maintained. It's in a great location—just a short walk to the center of Kos, making it easy to explore the city on foot. There's a public parking area about 5 minutes away, which was convenient for us. Although the apartment is located next to the bus station, we weren’t really disturbed by noise; however, light sleepers might find it a bit noisy in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, making it possible to prepare simple meals. The bed was also quite comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.
The check-in time (4:00 PM) and check-out time (10:00 AM) were a bit inconvenient. That said, we were kindly allowed to check in two hours earlier, which we really appreciated. A bit more flexibility with these times would definitely improve the experience. One small suggestion: a coat hanger or hooks near the entrance would be a useful addition.

The appartment is brand new and very clean. There are two airconditioner which is perfect in the hot kos weather. Bathroom and kitchen are very nice. Bed is fine and also the balcony is a nice place to relax.
The only thing which could improve is some of the basic things such as baking paper for the oven or soap etc, also a dishwasher would improve stay a lot. but we were told if you ask the owners for these items they will provide it for you.
