Logement au fond d’une cour, très calme et bien équipé. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Idéal pour un couple. Situation au centre de Bourges et proche des commerces du centre ville.

Manque, peut-être, une cafetière classique avec filtre. Stationnement Quelquefois compliqué aux abords du logement. Gare aux contraventions…
