Appartement très bien situé, bien agencé avec tout le confort.
Petit bémol, l’escalier d’accès aux chambres est très raide ; le propriétaire le signale d’ailleurs ; à éviter si l’on a des problèmes : genoux ou autres. Ceci dit à 76 et 84 ans nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et apprécié le garage : à Bourges on peut tout faire à pieds.

Posizione e parcheggio (un largo garage privato nella viuzza accanto davvero molto comodo) eccellenti, valgono il prezzo. Superato lo squallido e sporco ingresso e la scala d'accesso (a chiocciola), l'interno dell'appartamento è molto accogliente, recentemente ristrutturato, ben arredato e curato nei dettagli che valorizzano il bel soffitto a graticcio. Completo di tutto anche in cucina, è stato possibile cucinare e cenare comodamente.
Male segnalato l'ingresso (unico indizio la cassettina delle chiavi a combinazione), sporco e squallido, fa venire voglia di non procedere oltre. Scala stretta e scomoda per accedere al primo piano e poi altre scale (come segnalato) all'interno dell'appartamento su due piani.
