About this house rental
This family friendly, modern, lakefront luxury home is conveniently located on the Gravois Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. In the same no-wake cove as Mermaid Cove Marina, your lakeside enjoyment is treated with an incredible view and nice, calm waters. It is in close proximity to many restaurants and bars either a short distance by boat or vehicle.
The modern, luxury, lakefront home and the private dock are fully equipped for you and your guests to enjoy your Lake of the Ozarks vacation. Your private oasis offers a Main House, guest house (Casita) and large private dock. Your luxurious main lake house features three bedrooms, and a study with a convertible sofa bed and offers two and a half bathrooms. The Main house bedrooms include 1 king bed (master bedroom on the lower level), 1 queen bed, a second queen bed and a convertible sofa bed (study) on the main level. The lower level, master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, custom shower and separate, jetted bathtub. It also features a large walk-in closet. All of the bedrooms include spacious closets, flat screen televisions, and chic décor.
The guest house (Casita) is its own private oasis overlooking the lake. It features a very well furnished, studio style, living area. It includes a kitchenette with a dining table, queen size bed and convertible sofa bed/sectional. It also includes its own full size, private bathroom. The Casita is just a few steps away from the main house and offers a beautiful, private space separate from the Main house.
The main house has a spacious open concept living room featuring, large oversized windows making the amazing lake view visible at all times. High speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The large, open kitchen features modern, stainless-steel appliances and a beautiful quartz island with 3 counter stools. There is also an adjoining dining area, with a table that seats 8 people
All linens and cooking utensils are provided, and there is also a private washer and dryer for your convenience.
The large, main patio stretches the entire width of the home. It is adorned with tables and chairs and seating areas for the whole family to sit out and enjoy time together. Have a cook out using the BBQ grill station. Go for a swim in the lake anytime and soak up the sun on the private sun deck, or explore the cove on the provided kayaks (2) and stand up paddleboards (2).
Want to bring your boat? We have ample parking for boat trailers and 3 boat slips (including a cruiser slip) and PWC ports on the private dock.

This property is amazing. It had everything you could want and more. The owner was quick to respond to questions and even checked in on us. We will hopefully get to stay again sometime!

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! So spacious, clean and well stocked with every thing you need. The house, the grounds and huge dock were absolutely perfect! We had a great weekend with the wonderful swimming area in the calm water cove, paddle boards, firepit, and the huge dock with tons of seating and a bar. We were able to see great fireworks from the house! Shane was so helpful and answered a few questions we had and gave us great recommendations on things in the area! Would 100% recommend and hope to stay here again! Also, the beds were so comfortable and the guest suite was so cool! Loved everything about this place!
