Woodmont Point has been serving lake loving families for generations. This long-loved lakefront home boasts an amazing view of the start of the Shootout, incredible sunrises, and the main channel year-round. With its years of experience, you'll find everything you need for an amazing vacation from a well-stocked kitchen to great pantry and storage areas and a wonderful screened in patio. Tucked into a cove, the dock offers great swimming, floating and fishing with kayaks for your enjoyment.
Your elevated views are breathtaking the moment you walk onto the back deck. The main channel of Lake of the Ozarks is a haven for power boats, yachts, water sports, fireworks displays and more - and you will have a front row seat to it all. Yet the location tucked among community docks on both sides provide natural wave breaks allowing you to enjoy swimming, floating, and fishing at your private dock. Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Beautiful and secluded property, private dock and cove, 2 fridges was nice, grill very nice, views were amazing, overall a 4 due to racoons getting in trash daily and lot of stairs to the dock

The house was lovely- very clean and private with spectacular views, plenty of space for a family with adult children and dogs, well stocked kitchen, and great boat dock for boating, fishing, swimming and just relaxing. We had a little problem with critters getting into the outdoor garbage cans, but the property managers addressed it quickly. We would suggest a more secure metal dumpster. We had a marvelous and relaxing vacation and would definitely return.

The property was all we expected it to be! Appreciated the "welcome package" as well as coffee selection! The grill lit and worked perfectly and the views of the lake are amazing.

Pros-Property had everything we needed for aComfortable stay. Excellent water views and separate spaces for everyone to spread out. Loved the screened in porch and that our dogsCould join us! Great kayaks and lovely cove.Woods supermarketClose by with great selections (10Minutes) Rented boat from Pirates Point (less than 10Minutes), which was also very close by. Very cozy setup and felt like a home. Property manager very easy to reach and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and heals everything we needed!Cons- space seemed smaller in real lifd, hard mattresses in all rooms, some general maintenance needed due to rotting wood, cobwebs and dirty windows etc.Great stay overall. Really great property.
