Mi è piaciuto perché era vicino a tutto , e poi anche la casa era accogliente

Per scaldare la casa ci è stato due giorni !!!

Yu is a wonderful and responsive host. She was very kind throughout our stay and genuinely tried to help us when we were struggling with the temperature by offering extra blankets. She is a lovely person to deal with and very communicative. Additionally, I think this property would be a great choice for a summer stay, as the apartment’s structure and the AC units would likely keep the space very cool and comfortable during the hotter months.

There were significant issues with the electrical capacity; we were unable to use the heater and the kitchen cooktop at the same time without the circuit breaker tripping. Even with the heater running constantly, the apartment remained uncomfortably cold during our winter stay. Regarding the layout, the master bedroom (with the proper bed) is a converted living area and does not have a door, which limits privacy if you are traveling in a group. Finally, the apartment is quite loud due to street traffic and the building's elevator, which might be a challenge for light sleepers or those used to quiet environments like the countryside.
