La localisation, la fonctionnalité, les baies vitrées.
La pièce est trop chauffée (chauffage au sol). Pas de bain douche (il y avait du savon pour mains, de l'après shampoing et un tout petit reste de shampoing, sans doute laissé par de précédents locataires.

Die Lage ist super, viele Restaurants und Cafés und auch ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Nur drei Haltestellen mit dem Metro vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung an sich war schon groß und gemütlich, hatte alles was man bräuchte an Ausstattung. Die Straße war sehr ruhig
Der Eingang war sehr alt und unter Konstruktion, dadurch war die Eingangstür immer offen und auch die Tür zu der Wohnung könnte man nicht verschließen. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt, wobei alles funktionierte. Wir waren da an sehr warme Tage und trotz offenen Fenster war es tagsüber super heiß in der Wohnung.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia! Apartamento renovado, limpo, bem mobilado e equipado, confortável e muito acolhedor, numa rua tranquila.
Muito boa localização, perto da estação de metro Louise e de paragens de tramway, permitindo acesso a todos os locais de interesse turístico. Perto de supermercados (Proxy e Carrefour Expresso) para fácil abastecimento. De realçar termos tido uma pessoa a receber-nos com simpatia e a pronta disponibilidade da proprietária para ajudar-nos, por Whatsapp, em algumas informações. Ótimo para duas pessoas. Recomenda-se vivamente!
