Très propre et moderne.
L’emplacement… très problématique pour nous, nous étions 3filles, et honnêtement pas rassuré pour rentrer et sortir en ville.

5 minutes walk from Brussels Midi so ideal for a stopover in the city. I had come from Stockholm by sleeper train so by the time I reached Brussels I was ready for a sleep in a proper bed and this apartment is ideal. The only downside is that it is up on the second floor but that was a small price to pay for the comfortable and airy apartment, with a rain shower (my favourite) and a balcony at the back. All the instructions for getting in were messaged on the day of arrival plus some other helpful information beforehand.
The area is a little noisy at night but the bedroom is at the back so that shouldn't be an issue.

Nice and confortable apartment, recently renovated. All furniture, kitchen appliances and the rest Ikea-grade quality. No elevator. Owners were accesible and tried their best to solve the issues that arised.
We had to cut our staying short due to the drug trade happening right below the apartment. As a family,we considered the area very unsafe.
