Easy access, Supermarket very near. Appartment has everything you need for a short stay. Also neighbours was also nice. Some restaurants in the area, if you don’t want to cook yourself
Parking situation is complicated, but it’s not a problem of the owner or appartment. It’s a problem in the whole city. There is a parking garage 600 meters away, not very cheap but same price as everywhere in Brussels.

Apartamento espacioso y muy bien equipado. Mucho menaje. Buena relación calidad-precio.
Hay que tener en cuenta que la finca no tiene ascensor y es una segunda altura. Sobre todo para personas mayores es un inconveniente.
