Great location, very clean and modern, well equipped, manager very communicative.
Though everything was very modern and clean, it felt spartan and needed a bit of colour. A chair in the bedroom would have been useful. Took a while to figure out how to put the heating on as there were no instructions.

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be. Smart apartment
The one room we booked the fridge was full of mould, we did say something and they gave us a late check out. The apartments were very basic, you could only use the bathroom mirror if you were over 5ft 7in tall, no ther mirrors, no coat hangers, not really enough mugs, cups or glasses, no cooking utensils, void of any personality, it ok if you are doing a stop over for 1 night but any longer I'd not stay again

The location is very convenient, although be aware it's a fairly rough area (as is most of Scunthorpe though to be fair), however I didn't have any issues at all while here.
The station is very close, as is the centre with any shops and whatnot you might need. I stayed here for the half marathon and I was able to do a warm up jog over to the stadium from the apartment, saving me the hassle of trying to park at the race. The place was clean and the small kitchen had enough to work with for very basic meals. Internet speed is good.
The mattress definitely seemed a bit worse for wear. One end of it was noticeably higher than the other. I still slept ok, but it was a little odd. Pillows are very thin. I was by myself so I just stacked the two pillows, but if you're travelling as a pair then you might want to bring extra with you.
There are no staff on site. I recieved all the information I needed to get into my booked apartment easily through booking.com, but if you prefer to have a member of staff on hand to help with issues then this place might not be for you.
