Located on the attic level, this enchanting retreat combines rustic character with modern comforts—perfect for couples, families, or remote workers.
The space features 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a cozy living room with a full-size sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Enjoy thoughtful amenities like free WiFi, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals.
Please note: The unit is accessible only by climbing two flights of stairs. Guests with mobility limitations should keep this in mind when booking.

The twin bedroom includes a portable A/C unit, and the kitchen is equipped with a window A/C unit. Additionally, there are two standing fans and a small portable fan with a water reservoir that provides a misting breeze. For best results, we recommend turning on both A/C units and placing the fans to create airflow toward the queen bedroom. Please allow 1–2 hours for the loft to cool down, especially during peak afternoon heat.

My daughter & I stayed here this past week. While we were trying to figure out how to get in, we were approached by a woman (maybe the host?) who was extremely pleasant, showed us how to get in & explained that one of the comforters was still a little damp. The attic apartment is large, beautifully done with amazing hardwood floors, the biggest, fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen (& was really stocked to cook Asian food with all the sauces, spices & condiments in the cabinets & a Chinese cookbook on the counter!) The living room is comfortable with one of the prettiest stained glass windows I’ve ever seen. The bedrooms were large & comfortable. The clawfoot tub in the spacious bathroom was amazing (I clawfoot tubs!) Just a note, there are 2 flights of very steep steps to get to the apartment—very much worth the climb. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet & the street parking is ample. Not far from the original Anchor Bar where we got wings to try—absolutely worth it—delish. Highly recommend-would absolutely stay again.

Very cute and cozy attic apartment - lots of woodwork and great light. One of the best equipped kitchens I've ever had in a rental - everything from an air fryer to a pressure cooker. Location is an easy walk past some amazing houses to Elmwood Avenue. Host was responsive to our questions, even providing a window unit AC when the weather turned unexpectedly hot. Would definitely stay again.
