About this apartment rental
This is a first floor flat in the Elmwood Village. Built 1898, it has been beautifully maintained. It is steps to the shops, restaurants, bars, galleries &fun. 3-4 blocks from the Saturday farmers market and the Lexington Food Co-op, Close to Buffalo State College and Canisius College. 20-25 minute drive to Niagara Falls, 4 miles from Canalside, Buffalo's fabulous waterfront harbor. 1 mile to Delaware park, with Art gallery, Japanese Garden, lake with paddle boat rentals, jazz in the park.
This home is over a hundred years old and has period woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. Because of its age there is only one full bathroom. There is off street parking (2 spaces) behind the house but it is a narrow driveway. Large trucks, suburbans etc will not fit. There are two 32" TV's, one in the living room and one in the largest bedroom. All three bedrooms have a window unit A/C, from June - October, but the main living space just has fans and large windows that all open.

Great location, walkable to everything and nice neighborhoods to walk thru. House had plenty of room and all you need. Good communication.

This three bedroom apartment would be great for a large family group. It didn't work especially well for two older travelers. The sidewalk and stairs leading to the front porch, where we were instructed to go in, had not been shoveled and were very icy. The lock box was not easy to use. And it took quite a while to get ahold of the host to actually get the code to get into the lockbox. It was clean and had a relatively comfortable bed. We didn't use many of the amenities.
