The house was in a pleasant, quiet location, very easy to access the Norfolk Showground and Sainsbury Centre, as well as UEA. The living area setup and bedroom were very comfortable and everything was extremely well finished. It’s a very nice flat.
There is no dishwasher. There is a lot of “technology” and the layout of the bathroom (toilet, shower, wash-hand basin) didn’t really work for us. It seems odd to fit such a fancy electric toilet and then disable it and hide the controls. And there was a general lack of instructions for all the toys. Only the washing machine really had instructions. And it literally felt like someone had just moved out for the weekend because there were lots of personal possessions left in the drawers etc.

The property was spacious enough and provided everything we needed for the 1 night we were there.
We liked how modern it was, how well stocked it was with glasses and cups and the random pantry extras that were available if you wanted to cook a meal there.
We also liked that the property is modern and the carpet was lovely and soft under foot.
The off road parking at the front of the property was good too.
The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of really decent furniture.
We were also able to arrange an early check in which was great.
We didnt like how dirty the property was. It appeared to have been cleaned in the obvious places but the bathroom was grubby and there were thick cobwebs everywhere. The dust by the bed was horrible.
The water pressure for the shower was pretty rubbish.
It needs a full length mirror.
The mirror above the drawers in the bedroom looks lovely but its difficult to access with the bedside table in front of it which made it tight for plugging a hairdryer in and standing to dry my hair. I had to do this without a mirror.
We also didnt like the area where the property is. That said, we didnt have any issues.
