L'appartement, outre le fait qu'il soit très bien situé, est très agréable, notamment l'espace cuisine-salon avec les grandes fenêtres qui donnent une luminosité très agréable, surtout dans un week-end aussi maussade que celui que nous avons connu (ça ne doit pas arriver souvent à Toulon !). Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée, la douche est grande. L'accès à l'appartement est aisé avec les instructions données par le logeur. Nous y avons passé un séjour plaisant.
L'insonorisation sonore n'est pas celle d'un immeuble moderne, on entend donc bien les voisins, comme souvent dans les immeubles anciens des centres-villes.

The place is not good for old people/seniors because the apartments is on the 4th floors, no elevator, the stairs is killing you..
