Wonderful apartment, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and sep toilet, fully-equipped kitchen. Beds very comfy!
During our 10 day stay over Xmas 2025 the l8ft broke down and - given Christmas week etc.- nobody could do repairs. This was a major issue, as apartment is on the 6th floor! Two days before daparture a kind neighbour informed us that you can go up to floor 7, crossover to the adjoining block and use the other elevator!!

L'ascenseur était en panne (6 étages à pieds)
L'avenue Foch est assez bruyante jour et nuit, mais le double vitrage atténue le bruit.
Volets anciens d'une chambre ne fermant pas et absence de rideau.

Hélas panne d’ascenseur
Pas de réponse et très très ennuyée avec le pépé de 90 ans
Le locataire de dessous venu nous disputer comme si c’était nous qui avions mis de nouveau l’ascenseur en panne qui paraît tombe souvent en panne

Appartement spacieux 3 chambre, une salle de bain avec une grande douche, équipements de cuisine, la clim qui nous a permis de ne pas sentir trop la canicule.
La propreté laissait à désirer la housse de couette avait une tache jaunâtre, le bac à lessive était sale et la clim coulait sur le balcon.
