Great distance to city centre, easy access to local transport, secure area and hassle free check in and out.
Unfortunately there were some bad smell coming from bathroom pipes which impacted the comfort of our stay.Also the standard of duvet was very poor and additional sleeping bed was not prepared.I am not sure if there was proper cleaning done before our arrival as there were some items left under the beds possibly from previous tourists. These are small things to complain about but it is not an attempt to discard this accomodation.I would still recommend the place. Just wish to highlight to the owners the small details that could be improved easly.

Nice location, a few minutes by tram to Hamilius. The house is lovely and fully equipped.
A bit overpriced and the door sometimes gets stuck. Small escalator can only carry 2-3 people with no luggage at a time.

Pleasant location, close to a parking spot for the car and easily accessible by public transport. The flat itself is what you see is what you get, but you don't get much. There is no light in the kitchen. If you want to drink wine from a mug while sitting on a bedside table at a small table, unable to see your pans in the kitchen because it is too dark, and want to cook on a small cutting board and in a microwave that cannot fit the only oven dish, then this flat is for you. With three people, this flat is certainly not spacious. You could even say it's cramped. There are two chairs, and only one person at a time can fit in the kitchen, where there is no light. The induction hob can barely fit a second pan. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped in terms of crockery. Trivial items such as a spatula are missing and there is hardly any glassware, as mentioned above. The shower can be turned up high and is nice and warm. The beds are also okay. Finally, there is the natural alarm clock that goes off every morning at 7:30 sharp, when the construction workers at the building next door start drilling and pile driving. Every day is a rough awakening except Sunday. To put it mildly, this detracts from the relaxing holiday experience. In conclusion, the accommodation is recommended for one or two small people who do not plan to have more people over or to cook.
