It is well located and comfortable and worth exact the money paid. Bed is also comfortable and amenities are good. The only inconvenience is that the TV is a very old to ne so no way to Watch Netflix or any streaming.

location is excellent!
15 min walk to the central square, 100m to the bus station, 400m to the tram!
really nice area.
apartment no 50 is huge! spacious and airy. quality furniture.
easy access to the building.
bonus: little balcony and the view of gardens.
few small points to improve:
kitchen could have more pots, pans, equipment.
breakfast could be more then just 2 slices of white bread, little cube of butter, marmalade.
bed could have 2 more pillows (2 soft ones are not enough).
