Mega tolle Lage
Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Allerdings ist der direkte Kontakt zur „Vermieterin „ sehr sehr gut. Wenn etwas war -kann man sie per WhatsApp erreichen und sie meldet sich zeitnah zurück

la situation, la place de parking fermée, la propreté, 2 vraies salle de bain, la réactivité de Sandra à nos soucis (panne de chaudière, taxe de séjour).
Les deux chambres au sous-sol, éclairées seulement par un puit ! Une des salles de bain au sous sol aussi, donc ambiance froide et humide en bas. Le chauffage et le déshumidificateur n'ont pas été assez efficaces (fonctionnement complexe sans notice d'utilisation, bruyant). Le sèche-cheveux fourni ne peut pas se brancher sur les prises italiennes !
Les appartements sont très proches les uns des autres : heureusement inoccupés en cette saison, mais en été, avec la piscine ouverte ... l'ensemble doit être très bruyant.

The views were amazing but there was like nothing nearby in the way of shops or restaurants etc.
A long drive down to Menaggio and back up and very challenging drive with hair pin bends. Tricky when you do not know the roads and are driving on the wrong side of the road. Not possible to walk into Menaggio the nearest point of civilisation.
Wifi TV signal intermittent. Bedrooms downstairs in the rock...no views from the windows as such so dark. Fridge/freezer making a very loud noise and hot to touch. Informed the contact ....nothing done about it.
Car parking in the garage space...again very tricky. Very tight car parking space in garage.
Whole place poorly lit outside at night. Stone steps a challenge especially with suitcases. Not for the elderly or infirm. Kids I feel would be bored up there.
Bedding and pillows...poor quality.
