The space and facilities there, and the relative quiet.
Noise at the odd time from apartment above. Also a small thing, but a dishcloth, and some cloth to dry plates and cutlery...

Logement spacieux
Logement qd même très éloigné du centre de menaggio. Il faut prendre le véhicule pour le moindre déplacement. La terrasse est à l arrière de la maison, a côté des collecteurs de déchets.
Lit double qui grince ++ et on entend bcp les habitants au dessus.

Sur l’annonce il était écrit 0,900 m du centre historique qui était en fait 1,900km par des escaliers pentus,il a fallu prendre un taxi pour ma collègue qui ne marche pas longtemps
Le matelas dur dans une des chambres ( L’autre confortable)
