It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible especially Quorra who speaks English very well and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this hotel especially as a foreigner!

Ik bezocht Hangzhou om het beroemde west lake te zien. Dit hotel is op loopafstand van west lake.
Aangezien ik alleen reis koos ik ervoor om een kamer voor één persoon te nemen. De kamer is klein maar groot genoeg om al je spullen kwijt te kunnen. De bedden zijn comfortabel, zelfs voor een 2,05m Hollander. De toiletten en douches zijn er hygiënisch, en worden regelmatig schoon gemaakt. Het hotel heeft erg veel accommodaties zoals een terras, een bar, en zelf een game room.
Het hotel bied zelfs een goedkoop maar vullend Chinees ontbijt aan. Het personeel is erg gastvriendelijk en staat constant voor je klaar.
Tijdens mijn volgende reis naar China zal ik hier zeker nogmaals verblijven

the hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood close to the famous west lake, there are also a lot of shopping malls nearby with many good restaurants. Around a 3 minute walk from the hotel there is a famous night market. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was very nice and helpful, the check in process went very quickly. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Overall my experience at lemon hotel in Hangzhou was very pleasant, and I will surely visit again.
