The staff were super friendly and helpful
They give you a towel and toiletries bag when you check in
There's a curtain to close off your bed and a locker with lock
It was warm in the room

There were people smoking in the room
The bathroom was dirty
English wasn't understood or spoke by staff (but Baidu translate works really well)
