This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2025, is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. It's located in a well-maintained, upscale residence just steps from the beach! You'll be delighted by its brightness thanks to its orientation and its spacious terrace with sea views and a griddle.
It comprises: an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a TV.
A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave.
A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm).
A shower room with toilet.
Ideal for a pleasant family holiday by the sea!
The living room table is adjustable and can be set at a low or high height.
The coffee machine is a Nespresso pod machine.
Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of their stay.
An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €50.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Please note that the elevator stops halfway up the stairs. There are a few steps to climb on the ground floor and at the elevator exit.
