The studio was clean and silent.
I don't understand why the location has been rated so positively in some past reviews: it is 30 minutes by foot to the Marina and there is nothing interesting in the surroundings. Moreover, even if I understand that is winter, I would have definitely preferred having the outdoor space tidy and welcoming. Finally, the door is a glass-alike one and we had the sun hitting our faces in the morning: it should be covered somehow.

- Simple modern design
- Coffee machine (although there could be one capsule per day not one for the whole stay)
- clean bedsheets
- quiet neighborhood
- the place smelt terrible, it was a kind of mustiness/ humidity and even with the windows open for the whole day, we couldn't get rid of it. Even though I sent a message reporting it, it was not addressed by the host
- after all I got a message totally ignoring my previous message and saying they hope I had a good stay and the checkout time was 10:30 (whereas it was 11:00 acc to the booking). We were going to leave earlier anyway, but it was not nice first not to address our request and then shorten our checkout time
- then I don't consider it good value for money
