Studio bien situé, dans un environnement calme. Un supermarché dans la rue parfait pour s’approvisionner. Les informations d’accès sont très bonnes.
Pas toujours à la hauteur des promesses de l’annonce : parking dans la rue mais en fonction du moment de la journée une place devant l’immeuble n’est pas assurée. Pas de lampes de chevet ni de prises de courant à côté du lit, pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain. Un café d’accueil est offert mais la cafetière a une prise de courant européenne et il n’y a pas d’adaptateur fourni. L’annonce mentionne parmi les équipements un lave-linge mais on apprend (lorsque la transaction est faite) qu’il s’agit d’un service payant. La batterie de cuisine est très réduite. Aucun matériel de nettoyage (balai, balayette).
Au bilan, service minimum.

It is sort of a corporate experience. Feels like it is run by a big company. No interaction with owners or anyone else in the building. Perfect for a business trip. Ok for personal travel.
Location no so central, but I had a car.

Sehr ruhiges Appartement, sehr sauber, Check in über Schlüsselsafe optimal, Informationen vorher genau, Frühstücksmöglichkeit gleich in der Nähe, Supermarkt 150 m, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert
Etwas, was der Vermieter nicht zu verantworten hat: es gibt keine Informationen über Busverbindungen in der ganzen Stadt, obwohl immer Haltestellen etc. zu sehen sind. Wenn das noch ausgebaut wird, ist die Wohnung leichter zu erreichen. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, ist die Wohnung perfekt.
Badeimer hätte wenigstens einmal geleert werden können.
