Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento principalmente per la vicinanza con l’ospedale piccole figlie per motivi personali e devo dire che siamo stato molto comodi. Struttura pulita, piccola ma studiata bene anche per lavorare da casa.
Il contesto era molto tranquillo e ne giro di 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungevano tutti i punti di interesse.
Il check in e check out sono organizzato da remoto e devo dire che sono stati disponibili.

Wir können die tolle Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll war zusätzlich der Moskitoschutz an den Balkontüren. Die große Garage ist ein echter Bonus. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und die Umlage ist sehr sauber. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und fußläufig erreicht man in 15 Minuten die Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Fancesca gab uns auf Nachfrage gute Ausflugtips. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der defekten Klimaanlage, umgehend wurden uns zwei Ventilatoren gebracht und der Techniker zur Begutachtung bestellt. Leider konnte das Problem nicht sofort geregelt werden. Francesca fand eine andere Kulanzlösung für uns und entschuldigte sich mehrmals. Francesca und der Eigentümerin ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen, das haben sie bei uns durch ihre schnelle faire Reaktionsfähigkeit erreicht. Hier wird nochmal deutlich, wie gut es ist, wenn man Probleme direkt anspricht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft sind wirklich ganz besonders zu bewerten. Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Schmuckstück.
