Location is perfect - right next to the airport, but still very quiet. Sandra - the owner - is delightful. So helpful, so polite, so welcoming. She even came out to direct us to the parking area late in the evening. Great communication skills. The building is very clean, modern, up-market, our room and en suite looked brand new and spotless. Great size, too. Honestly, don't look anywhere else if you are staying near Pescara airport. We travel to Abruzzo (and hence, fly into Pescara) at least 7-8 times per year and when we again get an evening flight to Pescara, this will only be the place we stay at. Perfect score and well deserved.
