location is perfect, very easy to walk around be it bus/train station or grocery shopping or eating out. sauna 9Steam room) is perfect to end your day after work or day on the beach.
security - felt very secure. coffee, drinks, snack were all very much appreciated.
i will recommend this place to all solo travelers for safety and security or couple as room was big enough for two, bathroom was huge (room 102)
I had to carry my suitcase one stair flight (7 or 9 starirs) - but not critical to affect my stay.

Centrally located. Easy access. Nicely decorated with a well stocked small kitchen
The property states that it has parking. This parking however, is not on site, and we spent quite a while trying to work out how and where to park, as this vital bit of information was not communicated to us. We had to ring to find out that the parking was elsewhere and that we would have to walk to the property from there. Not a problem for us, but this could be problematic for others.

Daniele was a great host he took care of everything also the parking. I do recommend this room that looks much better than a hotel room. I will be back again!

Don’t know didn’t stay
It was very hard to get to. Getting location for parking was difficult. What’s app doesn’t work in Italy with my Wintre SIM card. Not having a person to meet up with and get information was not helpful
