About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 90 m² house for rent in Terre-et-Marais, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It features a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV and sofas
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190), followed by a sleeping area with a single bed and a crib.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 150 m² south-facing garden, enclosed and private
- A 70 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
The house is ideally located in Terre-et-Marais, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 spaces).
