About this house rental
This property is the former farm of my parents, farmers. We bought and renovating ourselves.
We can live with 6-8 people.
The garden is equipped with deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue. Swing for children. Enclosed garden
The lease is located in the Cotentin, 7km from Barneville Carteret (resort) and 12 km of Bricquebec in the Manche department.
On the ground floor, a large living room, including a farm table with 8 chairs, one 2 seater and 2 armchairs; it must down a step to access the kitchen (induction hob, oven and large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, bathroom with shower and toilet including washing machine.
A door leads to a room where two beds 90 allow its use in room and stairs for access to 2 other rooms.
1st one 27m2 room, 2 beds of 140, 2 beds of 90 and 1 baby bed, area with sink
2nd and 1 isolated clear attic room of 25m2 with toilet and sink area

Spacious, clean very small kitchen for five adults. Cupboards overfull with crockery,towels etc no room for own provisions
No instructions for cooker, hob or heating or when bin day. Extreme steep stairs to top bedroom.
Overall lovely house and gardens peaceful area

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und mehr!! Unser Hund hat seine Freiheit im riesen großen Garten sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt in dieser Ruhe. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Normandie lieben gelernt und werden bestimmt noch mehrmals zurückkehren.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Il ne manque rien dans la maison, le cadre est verdoyant et calme. Le soleil était de la partie, nous avons profité de la terrasse plein sud.
La région regorge d'endroits à visiter, nous avons péché lors de la marée basse et même trouvé un homard !!
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
