Villa Fotinou is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Fotinou, just 2 minutes from the village of Armenoi, where you will find all essential amenities. Situated between the Old Town of Rethymno and close to the famous resort of Plakias, it offers the advantage of enjoying tranquility while having easy access to the most beautiful parts of the area. It provides the perfect balance between nature’s serenity, convenience, and proximity to Crete’s main attractions—an ideal retreat for your summer holidays.
Villa Fotinou is a two-storey property with a total area of 140 sq.m. This three-bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in beds, and up to 8 if needed. It features a modern and elegant design, creating a comfortable and functional living space with full meal preparation facilities.
Layout:
Ground Floor
Upon entering the ground floor of Villa Fotinou, you will find an open-plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living room includes a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, and a 42’’ smart TV. Next to it, the kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, making meal preparation easy and convenient. A breakfast counter and indoor dining area are also available. The room offers direct access to the terrace, BBQ facilities, and the pool.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features two single beds that can be converted into a large double upon request, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, and a balcony door opening to the terrace.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor via the staircase, guests will find the two additional bedrooms.
Both bedrooms offer two single beds which can also be joined into a double bed upon request. They are air-conditioned and provide access to a furnished veranda.
A shared bathroom with a rain shower is also located on this floor.
**Outdoor Area**
The outdoor area is fenced to ensure your privacy and is designed for maximum relaxation.
The pool terrace includes:
* Private swimming pool of 18 sq.m. (1.40 m depth). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily fee. (Please note: Pool heating must be arranged in advance for the entire stay, with at least 3 days’ prior notice.)
* Outdoor shower
* Fully equipped gas BBQ facilities and outdoor sink
* Shaded outdoor dining and seating area under a pergola
