The Space:
Peris Villa, surrounded by olive trees and with stunning sea views, is located in a prime spot that offers easy access to beautiful sandy beaches, transportation, shops, and vibrant nightlife, giving you all the “Vitamin Sea” you could desire. This elegant villa, built in a private setting, accommodates up to 10 guests and is designed to provide a cozy, relaxing environment, blending simplicity with comfort.
Upon entering from the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that comfortably seats 8-10 guests. The inviting lounge area is perfect for unwinding in the evenings, with plenty of natural light streaming through the full-length glass doors. On the same floor, there is a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
The first floor features a small seating area where you can work or relax at your leisure. Two additional bedrooms, each with double beds, share a well-equipped bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and the glass doors lead out to a balcony with bamboo sofas, offering breathtaking views.
The outdoor area of the villa is designed for peace and tranquility. You can unwind by the private swimming pool, enjoy the sunbeds, and share precious moments with loved ones. A large BBQ with a stove allows for family dinners or even a lively gathering. The villa also provides secure parking for your convenience.

Villa was clean and tidy. Air con throughout was superb. Easy to get hold of villa owners and always responded very quickly and were more than happy to help.
Swimming pool was bitterly cold as always shaded when we visited in September. This was a shame as was too cold for the kids to get in (and no heating for it). Shower in main bathroom had nothing to hold the head so made showering hard. Shower over bath had no protection to stop water going everywhere. Weird thing was the cleaners/garden maintenance/pool cleaners who would just turn up without notice (they had our phone number). On one occasion we were around the pool (small children and females). Male staff stood at wall in the grounds overlooking us and stared for ages. Bit unsettling and well out of order. Another occasion we returned back to the Villa and there were several people inside including a child. Hopefully all were totally reliable but there were personal items throughout the Villa they had access to. (Could do with a safe what is fixed to something as it was very light and could easily be picked up).
