Tolle Lage - ruhig und mit einem unschlagbaren Meerblick!!! Sehr große Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühle und Liegen. Grasstück auch sehr gut gepflegt! Innen: Sehr sauber, sehr hohen Ausstattungsniveau, sehr hochwertige und NEUE Möblierung! Die Steinwände sind einen echten Blickfang! Sehr sichere und ruhige Umgebung mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Grundstück und hinter den nachts geschlossenen Anlagetor. Die Gastgeber Nektarios und seinen Bater sind so nett und freundlich — allen Wünschen werden umgehend nachgegangen! Beim Empfang gibt es eine Flasche Wein und Zum Abschied ein kleines Olivenbaum mit in einem Terrakotta-Blumenkasten ☺️ Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar (max 200 m) und sehr ruhig, es gibt immer freie Sonnenschirme und Liegen. Danke an Nektarios und seinem Vater für den tollen Urlaub!

A modern, brand-new apartment, beautifully designed and fully equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay here, surrounded by olive trees with an amazing view of the sea and Mount Athos — it felt like a perfect escape. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, yet peaceful and private on the hill. Having morning coffee on the terrace with such a view was simply unforgettable.
