L'appartement est moderne et proche de commodités.
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible, les points négatifs ne dépendent pas de lui mais plutôt des ouvriers qui ont fait les appartements dans cet immeuble récent.
L'immeuble est récent et, même si tout brille en apparence, il y a plein de malfaçons car les travaux sont de piètre qualité (eau qui déborde de la douche, porte mal encastrée de la salle de bains, etc).
Aussi, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour, même si cela n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire.

This apartment was excellent, definitely the best one I’ve stayed in so far! It’s in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Skopje City Mall, and there’s a store right across the street. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.
The only minor downsides were that the bed was a bit noisy, and it took me a little while to figure out how to open all the windows on the balcony. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

The best out of the 10 apartments tried in in Skopje.
New, Modern, Clean, Comfortable
literally 1m away from groceries store. A few extra minutes awar from the mall. GYM nearby.
You might want to stay for an extra month or two once you try it
