The perfect cozy place to enjoy your stay in Skopje, in the best neighborhood in town, near to the City Park and 15 min walk to the main square, with all you need to really feel welcome and at home.

Everything was brilliant, from the moment of the first contact, until the check-out. Zoran is a respectful person, took care of the apartment appropriately, the location itself is fantastic, right behind the bohemian/pub/restaurant area of Debar Maalo and 20 min by walk from the Old Charshiya.

We left after 1 day, having paid for 2 . Main reason was the "bed" . It was in fact a fold down sofa, no Springs, hard and extremely uncomfortable. I think that the basic offer for tenants should be a bed, with a mattress and decent pillows..
No hot water, found out after we left there is a special button to press. The owner should have mentioned this on arrival. No toaster (as stated) available. Mou
ld and dirt in shower.
Car park was supposed to be free, it was 10 minutes away.
Owner offered money back, however it was paid in cash and we were already 3 hours away.
