This is a private entry guest room w/ 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apart of a newly built house. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, fresh linens, a TV with Netflix and Disney+, a dedicated workspace w/ high speed internet, a bidet in the restroom, and a gated parking spot. Guests are also allowed access to the washer/dryer and a BBQ stove in the yard. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and a walkable distance to grocery stores, restaurants, the drugstore, and a park. Conveniently located close to the 210 freeway, Metro Station, Santa Anita Race Track, USC Arcadia hospital, Arcadia mall, 24h Fitness, the Arcadia Arboretum, City of Hope, and neighboring cities Pasadena and Monrovia. I had the pleasure of staying @ this lovely property for 2 months, and I will always have great memories of it. It was so peaceful and quiet, and I truly enjoyed my time there. You see, I sold my house in LA, and needed a place to stay with my 3 cats, before I return home to Singapore. This studio apartment is conveniently located, with a Ralphs and CVS within walking distance, plus a nice cafe (Yi's cafe) nearby that serves up tasty coffee and 10 Hainan Chicken Rice. It is also close to The Shops @ Santa Anita - which features 99 Ranch Market, Din Tai Fung, Kinokuniya, Dave and Busters and AMC Theater. It is also very close to some affordable Michelin star restaurants (Bisto Na's and Lao Xi Noodles). If you love nature, there are some excellent hiking trails nearby, including the extremely charismatic Monrovia Waterfalls trail. This location truly cannot be beat! On top of that, this place also has some unexpected amenities. It features a water softener system, which is a godsend - my hair and skin has never felt so soft. The bathroom also has a washlet (AKA South Park toilet bowl for the uninitiated). That thing is amazing - I love it so much! There is a lovely outdoor cooking area, with a range, a grill and a sink - this is great because I like to cook my own meals from scratch. The TV works great and the wifi is fast and dependable. The hosts are low key but extremely gracious and responsive. I highly recommend this place, and I would like to thank my hosts

A great private entrace in a great neigbor hood! There is a very nice par and shopping in walking distance. You can se the mountains out the shower window! The host are wonderful people, I stayed for an extende and i would highly recommend itrecommend recommend it

Nice peacefull space. The parking is inconvenient for a bigger car but okay for a small one. No kitchen inside. Couldn't cook anything. It was a sink and a small gas stove outside in the yard but it was very dirty around them. Only one small room and a bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean inside. Overall impression is not bad. The price is okay.
