[Unit type] Private garage entry, can park 2 cars; equipped with brand new washing machine dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The first floor is a garage, a bedroom and a bathroom; the second floor is a living room, dining room, kitchen, a living room and a bathroom; the third floor is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The owner is a Chinese lady. Doesn't communicate well on the phone ,but fast and precise in texting back. They went above and beyond to help us. I will recommend the place for an active fafamily family

4 main bedrooms with bathrooms was a big plus. Nice kitchen and living area. Close to family who live in Arcadia. Really enjoyed our stay.

Four bedrooms on three floors enhance privacy. Three
ensuite BRs a definite plus, with 4th BR and separate bath on the main floor. For some reason, only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. Living/dining area and kitchen sparsely equipped. (Glassware practically non-existent, flatware inadequate.) Very nice neighborhood. Main entry through garage a bit strange.
