In Giuliano di Roma, in the most characteristic alley of the village, we offer an excellent solution in via Madre Caterina Troiani with a panoramic terrace, a stone's throw from the parking lot and shops. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a small building of only 2 units, boasts a double exposure overlooking the bell tower and the square, on the entrance floor we find an open living area, kitchen, living room, hallway and bathroom. On the second floor we find the sleeping area with corridor, bedroom with balcony, single bedroom, bathroom and panoramic terrace with small closet and a fabulous view of the center and the mountains. The apartment is located in an excellent, central and panoramic position.
Giuliano di Roma, a medieval village with characteristic corners and alleys that have kept their history, immersed in local traditions and surrounded by nature, with the possibility of various outdoor activities for everyone. Outside the walls there is a new multi-storey car park with a lift serving the historic centre. The area is an important and peaceful strategic node of Lazio, between the capital Rome and the stupendous Circeo coast (about 20/40 minutes with daily return buses), the ski resort of Campo Catino (about 50 minutes) and the park Rome games - Rainbow Magicland (about 25/40 minutes by train or car). The Monti Lepini are a mountain range belonging to the Lazio Anti-Apennines, located south of Rome since they border to the north with the Colli Albani or 'Castelli Romani'!
