This stunning vacation home offers both luxury and comfort with an expansive layout that provides ample space for every need. As you step inside, you are greeted by soaring high ceilings and an open, airy floor plan that creates an inviting atmosphere throughout. The interior boasts elegant finishes and plenty of natural light, making every room feel spacious and warm.
The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, a large island, and plenty of cabinetry, perfect for both everyday meals and entertaining. The adjacent living and dining areas flow seamlessly, ideal for family gatherings or more formal occasions.
The resort-style backyard is truly an oasis. Step outside to find a huge, sparkling pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscaping for ultimate privacy. A dedicated outdoor dining area provides the perfect space for al fresco meals, while the adjacent barbecue area is perfect for grilling and entertaining guests. For recreation, there’s a full-sized basketball court and a playground for the kids, ensuring fun for all ages.

POOL HEATING :
As an added service, we provide pool heating upon request. It takes about 12-14 hours to preheat the pool to a comfy 82 degrees during the colder seasons. This can be arranged for a pre-heating fee of $250 for the first day and $200 per day thereafter to maintain 6 hours of pool heating (between 11am - 5pm). Prices are lower during the warmer months of April - September. Spa heating is FREE and included with your stay. (Note : Heating costs are subject to market changes)
DISCLAIMER : The use of the swimming pool, spa, firepit, fireplace, and bunkbed is at your own risk. Diving, somersaults, and back flips into the pool or any other unsafe activities are strictly prohibited. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times while in the backyard and children under the age of 4 years old must wear a swimsuit diaper or plastic pants regardless of toilet training. No cloth or disposable diapers are allowed. No glass allowed outside or by the pool area. We have plastic cups. Please note that the hosts/owner will not be held responsible for injuries sustained by the guests and guests will indemnify the hosts/owner for any actions resulting from injuries to guests.

The place was a bit further than I expected from the wineries. The only problem that we have was that the jacuzzi didn't stay heated and also 250 a day for the pool to be heated. I wish we would have known this prior to booking. During the time we stayed, it was cooler than we expected. We wished we could have utilized the pool a lot more. It was the selling point for us to book. Other than that the host was pretty reachable when we had problems with the heating for the jacuzzi. I just didn't like bothering her the whole time because the tablet they had didn't let us control the temp of the jacuzzi. Beautiful and clean place. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would book it again with the family.

An absolutely amazing house! The house was very clean and looked exactly like its pictures. We had a great time there. The host was very responsive and polite. This house is definitely a must stay!

My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable vacation rental that I can confidently recommend to anyone seeking a perfect getaway. The property was exceptionally clean, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The amenities offered were outstanding, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Communication with the host was seamless, showcasing their commitment to excellent service, and they were incredibly responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay.This beautiful vacation home exudes a resort-like atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for multi-family gatherings. The spacious layout and inviting ambiance allowed us to relax and create lasting memories together. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and I highly encourage others to experience it for themselves!

This house and backyard was incredible. The pics are accurate. We had 10 people. Grandparents and 2 families with kids and there was perfect bedroom and bathroom accommodations for everyone. The little girls adored the bunk bed room. The kitchen- if you like to cook meals instead of dealing with restaurants for all was fabulous. Plenty of room to cook together. Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. The backyard “made” the trip. It is truly an oasis. Something for everyone. The parks nearby are a great diversion for smaller ones.Neda, is a fabulous hostess….. extremely easy to communicate with before, during the stay. I can see us returning to this property again!
