This recently remodeled condo is an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway. Situated on the Meadows Golf Course, it overlooks the 15th fairway near the tee box. The location is also conveniently across the street from SHARC and just a short walk along the bike path to Sunriver Village Mall.
For faster transportation, we provide bikes with the rental. Additionally, you'll have access to 6 SHARC passes, granting entry to both the indoor and outdoor aquatic centers. The condo is equipped with a brand new heating and air conditioning system, and a cozy gas fireplace. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV with cable for your entertainment.
The condo spans approximately 1,015 square feet and includes one private primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft area offers two twin beds and another full bathroom.

Property was great and right across from the SHARC! The property manager was even better driving out at 10 pm after i accidently locked us out of the bedroom. He got the issue resolved in a timely manner, and we had a great weekend!

Fantastic value! Clean, comfortable, close to everything, and the condo somehow feels private and quiet even though it is in a large neighborhood of condos. Everything was exactly as pictured and even more charming than the photos. Max provided everything we could need, and the bikes were a huge plus! (Two adult, one little kid, and one 20" kids' bike).

Clean, quite, amazing location (1 min walk to Sharc and 3 min drive to The Village), pool passes, grill, hair dryer, washer/dryer, Keurig /coffee, comfortable beds and bedding, luxurious towels, included all the necessities, great layout and my kids could not stop raving about the super soft toilet paper and I loved that there was actual champagne glasses. I would 100% rent this property again and highly recommend!
