The flat consists of 2 floors (only house number 201 is at ground level) and is suitable for 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a cosy sitting area with television, a spacious dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a combi microwave oven and a coffee machine. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin. The flat has a large, furnished balcony.
