Good location, quiet, parking outside. Beds made everyday
An old property and some facilities looked a little tired. On a trip with 4 properties, this was our least favourite, acceptable but not to the standard of the others

Excellent location for Kirkwall. Daily housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tea and coffee stuff topped up.
It’s an unstaffed property, so you miss things like breakfast on site. But we knew that when we booked it, so no surprise. The shower in our room was very small, and the guesthouse was tired, albeit clean.

Very comfortable, cozy and warm, with a convenient location.
There is no breakfast and no staff on site, so if you need to ask for anything there's no one available.

Good location - short walk into town
Needed a good face lift - a bit tired and very basic for the money. Mattress on the bed was well and truly in need of an upgrade.
